Xbox One gamepass sharing help

Hi everyone!

Today I have gotten my Xbox One S back from Microsoft service. I have set it up with my main profile but now I find my sister cant play online with her seperate account even though i have set my account as the “Home Console account”, meaning my gamepass
subscription should let her play on xbox live too (when she tries to play a game it shoves Xbox live and gamepass subscriptions in her face all the time).

I dont know what else to do at thus point and i cant find anything helpful online or on the console settings.

I have game pass ultimate and have always had game pass ultimate

Just to make extra sure:

Are you having Game Pass Ultimate, or just Game Pass (without Ultimate)?

If you say your sister can't play online Multiplayer, then you (or she) would need a separate Gold Membership or an upgrade to Game Pass Ultimate.

Game Pass allows you to play the games available in the Game Pass subscription. But to be able to play online Multiplayer, a Gold subscription or Game Pass Ultimate subscription (which contains Xbox Live Gold) would be necessary.

Are the games that she is trying to play already downloaded to the console? Only your account would be able to download Gamepass games. Once you download them, then anyone is supposed to be able to play them as long as you have that console set as your
Home console.

Oh yes theyre games from disc/the store, though for refrence all she plays is Rainbow Six Siege whoch we have on disc, and we installed it yesterday first thing after setting up

one may be the main one and in the other you can share the gold and gamepass so you don't pay more
