Xbox one gamepad not detect on Blade and soul

Hello, I restarted to play to Blade and Soul for a couple days, but since the last update the option to select the gamepad to play has been remove to an auto detect system when it's connect.

But I'm not able to link it to the game, I tried to used my xbox one gamepad with usb connect and wireless but nothing work.... is there an option somewhere to do ?

Im running on win 10.

попытался сегодня подсоединить геймпад к 2 компьютерам,ставил драйвер под 7 64,геймпад не определяет,скорей всего геймпады бракованные оба

Now, some questions for you! You mention an update - is that an update to Windows 10 or to the Blade and Soul game? Does your Xbox One controller work with other Windows 10 based games? If you don't have any other games, I believe you can download something
like Killer Instinct and give it a whirl.

If it was an update to the game, you may want to reach out to the
Blane & Soul forums and see if they have any suggestions.
