    I can hear people in party chats, but my game volume disappears and doesn't come back through TV speakers or headset until i reset my xbox. The only way i can fix the issue and get game volume is by performing a restart.

    I've checked all of this, the confusing thing is that it's not just when a headset is plugged in, it also happens with no audio jack in the controller when i am only using the speakers of my TV. Usually, the game volume will be coming through fine when
    i first turn my console on, but after some use it just cuts out.

    This could mean a number of things. I would recommend checking your audio settings when you enter a party.

    To do this, please remember with the latest UI update to xbox, the audio settings will be located under your profile tab. There you'll have the option to view and manage your current audio settings.

    Another solution may possibly be the audio jack on your controller if you're using a headset/headphones.

    You could also try messing with the in game audio options.

    The only idea that I can think of this to turn your volume up.

    Maybe on your Xbox preferences the game volume (DVD) is low?

    Maybe your xbox disk drive is broken.

    Basic xbox one turtle beach headset.

    I think the headset jack is broken on my elite controller so I decided to use one of those black adapters.... But it won't allow me to change audio volume.
