Xbox one game syncing and reading issues?

    Xbox one game syncing and reading issues?


    Wanted to know if someone can help me or has experienced this before. I have a sketchy router and last night the game info wouldn't sync from madden 15 or halo until I reset my console. Every time it wouldnt sync it would also disconnect me from xbox lI've.
    Why is that? Also sometimes madden 15 won't read game disc until I restart my console. Doesn't happen a lot bit every once in awhile it does and both the data sync on madden and halo happened last night along with the madden not reading. Any thoughts?

    Help appreciated! My XBOX One won't sync my 360 games from the cloud

    I have 2 XBOX ones, my main one works fine, syncs perfectly on all my games, but my XBOX one in the bedroom, will only sync XBOX one games. Can you only sync 360 games on one xbox one?

    When it fails to Sync what is the Error Msg you get on screen??

    Question About the Disc Drive in the Xbox One

    All games in your Xbox One are read from the Hard Drive after the initial install so the simple answer to the question is no. Any sync issues could come from various places but it has been a common problem and can sometimes be easily fixed through settings.
