Xbox One Game Streaming BROKEN!!!!! STILL!!!!!!!

So it was a tough decision hmmm Xbox One or PS4. I mean I wanted to remain loyal to Xbox after all I had an Xbox and an Xbox 360 so it made sense right? Then Microsoft pulled the 'you wont be able to swap or buy 2nd hand games' debacle due to the strange
'digital only' content policy. Thankfully it was reversed. I still couldn't decide. Then Microsoft released Xbox One streaming to Windows 10PCs! my mind was made up. So you see Microsoft I effectively bought this product because of an advertised feature
which (you! yes You!) broke with one of your infamous Windows updates (who an earth tests these things a blind monkey so drunk he can barely type?). As you also well know it has now been broken for a LONG TIME. Please feel free to DM me for more info and
to give me a fix date if you'd rather not make it public. Please do not: close this thread as resolved (as it is not), close this thread for any other reason, yet again ask me for my hardware software details (millions of console owners have this problem
what difference will it make?!) or lastly please do not act like it is the first time you have heard of the problem. Your customers are getting restless and demand a solution!

Cannot seem to get game streaming to work well, stutters every 13 seconds.

update...I put my surface right next to the damn router and its still glitchy. Is the xbox game streaming just broken? I don't remember it being this bad.

 

Gonna try twitch streaming

Twitch streaming on Xbox one is broken, I don't know if it's the internal capture device or what but half the time you won't be streaming any sound.

It's been a well known issue for a few years now and Microsoft still hasn't fixed it.
