Xbox one game store/T.V./music not working/loading

I tried looking up games on my Xbox under the game store. So I hit search but nothing happened just heard the clicking sound after you press "A" button. so I then tried clicking on any random title game but still nothing happend. So I went under the movies
and music tab, tried clickin on everything and still nothing loaded. I tired resetting xbox, signed in/out of my account, pulled the plug on the power core and nothing worked.

Xbox One Features You're Looking Forward To

Hi ValDiesel808,

Sorry you're having issues with the Xbox Store. When you said you did a reset, was it where you held the power button down until it turned off, then turn it back on? If not then I would suggest doing that first. How long did you leave your console unplugged?
The Xbox power supply holds a bit of power, so I would recommend leaving it unplugged for a few minutes before plugging it back in. If you're still having issues, try

removing your profile and adding it back.

I held held down the power button still didn't work. I unplugged the cord from the power core and left it overnight still the same the next day. Question on the removing my profile. Will it delete my friends list and other stuff?

So they're not called Microsoft points anymore; they are just called currency. Basically, you would redeem a code off of a "Xbox Gift Card" like the $50 one that you mention and in that case, $50 would be added to your son's Xbox Live account that can be
used to purchase games, movies, t.v. shows, music, game add-ons, and more from the Xbox marketplace.

Games tend to be pricier on the Xbox marketplace than getting them through physical stores, but sometimes there are sales and special deals where the price of games are a steal

Hi. I check all of the above. Got an email recently that my account has been migrated from South Africa to United Kingdom.

Now I don't see the bar for t.v and movies or music. Iv signed in and out, restarted my Xbox a few times. Still don't see t.v movies or music on my Xbox dash board.

Is there something I still need to do, or do I have to wait for a period of time before it appears?
