Xbox one game store game trailers won't play

I have the same issue after updating to 10.0.19041.2494 on Xbox One S

Game trailers used to play automatically when entering the game page in the store. The trailer never plays though. Even when clicking the actual trailer video at the bottom of
the game page, it shows “Error: unsupported video type or invalid file path”.

Yeah, but it will only play one trailer there. There are many games with multiple trailers, and it will only autoplay one trailer on that top screen. The rest of the trailers are at the bottom of the game's page, and will only play in that tiny box with
no way to maximize it to fullscreen.

There seem to be two different sections/pages of the Store for different games. Often in a special "Sale" area, there is no additional features like Trailers and Screenshots for a game. (Which is horrible, in my opinion, because those would be great tools
for me to decide whether I want to purchase a game or not.) Then in other sections, _sometimes_ available by searching directly in the Store for a game title, you will actually see screenshots and a trailer for the title. It used to be a requirement (I thought)
that a game would have to have some sort of trailer.

It's definitely a problem and hopefully one they will get fixed soon. I hate not having the screenshots or videos available for things I'm debating on purchasing. And generally that means I just won't purchase it.

Have you seen the medal of honor and homefront trailers? They look awesome but look how those games turn out, I hope bf3 is an awesome game but lets not judge these two games by their trailers.

more of the same. Good trailer, that's about it. Until Rockstar actually makes a game that's fun to play, I won't support them.
