Xbox one game share issue

Hey there thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us.

Short answer, no. This isn't normal and might be a glitch in the system, if this doesn't affect the game play there isn't a lot of troubleshooting to be done. We suggest (if this wants to be cleared up) to reset the console since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a >Soft
Factory Reset< (while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

• There is a stable network connection.
• The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Side note: This will remove all the accounts on the console so make sure
(we cannot stress this enough) the sign in information is known (email and passwords)

It fixed it but i now had to fill out survey to get a chance to switch xbox back to freind again the reason i lost 5 chances so fast is because we had issues setting it up to begin with and it caused alot of issues so i went through 5 chances just from
trying to solve the game issue to begin with -_-" now i only have one chance left and its because of a survey ... sighs- it did remove all the games except my own thank you for the help but all i ask is could you make a easier way to tell whos home you are
on right now? Yours or a freinds and to make it pop up on your account? That way people can tell easier and figure out how to solve the smaller issues? But again thank you for the help it solved it

if you have physical copies you need the game in to play, so the console with the broken drive is going to be an issue unless you rebuy digital copies (although I would recommend it as you can both play at the same time)

How to designate an Xbox One console as your home Xbox. Under: What can be share and can't be shared. If the issue persists and the home console settings for game sharing are enabled. I'd recommend to contact the game developer to game insight on the game
license.
