    Is the refund service down? My little brother was on my account and bought a game twice, a standard edition and a gold edition. When i try the website the refund request option keeps going to an error page that says its been moved.

    If you are sure the game cannot be played on the Xbox One, and the game is not available in the Cloud as part of Game Pass Ultimate, then you either get a refund xbox.com/refund or purchase an Xbox Series X or S to play it.
