    A while back, I purchased Black Ops 3 Digital Special Edition and I was really enjoying it for a while, but lately it's just gotten boring. I'm sure I already know the answer, but is there a way I can refund it for a different game that's the same price
    or less?

    Anyone else getting preorder refunds from Amazon or elsewhere?

    I am going thru my email and I have 2 refunds from Amazon on my Xbox One games.

    If you are sure the game cannot be played on the Xbox One, and the game is not available in the Cloud as part of Game Pass Ultimate, then you either get a refund xbox.com/refund or purchase an Xbox Series X or S to play it.
