Xbox one game problem

Hello!

I have an Xbox One which came with the Assassin's Creed Unity and Black flag games.I haven't used it for a while (few months) and everything was working fine until today.I had plenty of games at ,, ready to install,, section+ games already installed (such
as Assassin's creed) .Now none of them work anymore( the assassin's creed game basically disappeared and all the games from ,,ready to install,, disappeared as well) and this error pops up ,, Do you own this game or app?,,at all the games installed in the
console. The games from the cds works.

If you could tell me what happened and help me I'd be very pleased.

Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition doesn't load

Does anyone else have this issue with Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for Xbox One? Whenever I try to start the game I get the Sleeping Dogs logo but then it just goes back to the xbox one home page. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading but always the same, Ive always had this problem since I got the game when it was on games with gold. I contacted microsoft and they say that my license is correct and that as I have Xbox Live Gold I should have no problems playing it so they said the problem is with the developer. Anyone else had this issue with Sleeping Dogs, or any other game.

Being new doesn't excuse it from providing the basic advertised functionality. That's like saying it's okay if your car doesn't drive in reverse because it's new and they'll add that feature later.

i tried everything it doesnt work!

dont know whats with all these problems on xbox one, wanted to buy the new alien isolation game but it also is giving problems to users.

the developers sell the game, make money and never bother to fix the issues.

5. you downloaded the actual content when it released from the in game store on BF main menu right?

sounds to me like your console needs a fresh boot from 'cold' and probably the cache clearing
