    Xbox one game problem


    ok so i boought a game a long time ago in 2014 and it has worked till now so today i was playing with a friend on xbox, we both went to go play minecraft and my game said you need disc or to buy the game but i have always had the game so then i talk to microsoft
    support and they sent me a link to my purchase history the game wasnt there but all my downloadable content was still there and now i have to buy the game again and my account is the only one on my xbox?!?!?! what happened im not mad just would like to know
    why my game deosnt work and now i have to buy it again

    Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition doesn't load

    Does anyone else have this issue with Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for Xbox One? Whenever I try to start the game I get the Sleeping Dogs logo but then it just goes back to the xbox one home page. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading but always the same, Ive always had this problem since I got the game when it was on games with gold. I contacted microsoft and they say that my license is correct and that as I have Xbox Live Gold I should have no problems playing it so they said the problem is with the developer. Anyone else had this issue with Sleeping Dogs, or any other game.

    Thanks for any input.

    Xbox one game problem

    In your case the probability is that you bought the 360 version of Minecraft when to be able to play the game for xbox one you need the xbox one version of the game. The versions for different console differ in tech and in price range.

    Being new doesn't excuse it from providing the basic advertised functionality. That's like saying it's okay if your car doesn't drive in reverse because it's new and they'll add that feature later.

    the developers sell the game, make money and never bother to fix the issues.

    sounds to me like your console needs a fresh boot from 'cold' and probably the cache clearing
