I have a question.

I ordered xbox one s in bundle with 3 months game pass from abroad (germany). Can i use included code for 3 months game pass on my polish account ? I have mean if this code will be work in Poland?

All Season Passes bought on 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One

Any season pass you buy on an Xbox 360 can be transferred to an Xbox One when you buy one. Seems a good idea for games like BF4 and CoD Ghosts.

You should be able to, but I'd check the fine print on the game pass card that came with your Xbox, just in case there's anything about regional limitations.

Xbox Game Pass only works on Xbox one. You can not use any xbox 360 games in game pass on an xbox 360.

Game Pass Games are subscription based games, and only Backwards Compatible 360 games for the Xbox One work with Game Pass.

If you have Game Pass Ultimate, which includes Gold, you can keep the Games With Gold for Xbox 360. But with only Game Pass, you can't play any backwards compatible games on the 360, and on the Xbox One, the games stop working after your Game Pass trial
ran out.

So in short: No, you can't keep Game Pass Games, be it Xbox One or Xbox 360 games. And Game Pass doesn't work on original Xbox 360 consoles at all.

Negative. Game Pass is for Xbox One. There might be some Xbox 360 versions of titles in Game Pass, but those are for backwards compatibility on Xbox One, and would not carry over to Xbox 360. Additionally the version of GTAV on Game Pass is the Xbox
