Xbox one game not starting and returning me to home screen

So i have witcher 3, but it WILLNOT play, i have been through all the troubleshooting and nothing works, i press play it loads for about a minuet and it returns me too the home screen, i even bought a digital copy of the game and its the same issue, i
have spent 3 days installing uninstalling and updating this game repeatedly, i bought it second hand, i have NO IDEA why it wont work, i also have darksouls 3 and that works fine, its just witcher 3, both digital and disc, the xbox was factory reset when i
got it a few days ago, no one seems to have had this same problem and would LOVE a new idea too fix it before i throw the console against the wall, im back at work in 2 days amd have spent all my free time wasting money and effort to get this too work. Again,
non of the troubleshooting helped.

Xbox Fitness - Internet Connection Error

My xbox one has updated and now xbox fitness won't load just keeps returning me to the home screen I know it's a new console but seems like there's alot of issues to solve

Ultimate Dazza - it doesn't happen to me nearly as often as it used to. Try heading to Settings>Blu Ray and make sure that Enable BD Live is unchecked and clear the Persistent Storage then run a power cycle and while the console is off unplug everything
from it and let it sit for 5 minutes. That may lessen the amount it happens for you.

 

Try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.
Once it is back up and operational test the results.

I did exactly as you said and still the same issue, ( as i said i already went though all the troubleshooting methods and non of them worked ) but thank you for the reply, any more ideas?
