xbox one game not recognised

Hi, so ive been trying to play black ops 3 recently on my Xbox one but when downloading it says the disc is dirty or scratched and the download cant be complete. I then looked the game up on the Microsoft store and was able to download it because I assume the console was registering that the game was in the disc drive even though it was damaged enough that it apparently cant be read. the disc is clean, I haven't bought the game digitally, and I've already tried power cycling the console, but whenever I try playing the game it says the disc is scratched and that it cant be played, despite it being fine enough for me to downloaded it.

They possibly also need to provide an update to the Xbox 360 in order to recognise the Xbox Ones library of games and vice versa.

Hi

If an Official Xbox One controller is recognised by your Xbox One console where the controller from Zedlabz is not recognised then I would try reaching out to the people who made the controller for support.

From what I heard, Xbox 360 kinect games will not be available on the backwards compatibility due to the Xbox One kinect being different to the xbox 360 kinect, and as such the game wouldn't recognise it.

If the drive has already been formatted by an Xbox One for storing games when it gets plugged into an Xbox One S it should just recognise the drive and allow the games to be played without asking to be formatted.
