    XBox One game not downloading


    My son asked for a purchase on XBox One. I approved and purchased on 2/15. It is now 2/19, and it has not downloaded. The game is still showing on his cart. When he tries to Ask again, it shows: "Working on it... It looks like this was approved. It should get added in a bit." I have power cycled the XBox.
