  3. Xbox One Games Licensing Issue?

    To Whom It May Concern,

I am in the preview program for Xbox One and I also run a small independent gaming site. As editor-in-chief of this site I sometimes get games early to review. Most recently I received Gears of War Ultimate Edition and Forza 6 early for review. When I
get my codes from my PR reps there is a code to download the game itself and one to unlock the game so I can play it before release for my review. The problem is that when I go into "My Games & Apps" all it ever says on Gears of War Ultimate Edition (for
example) is "pre-ordered" and the game refuses to launch. The game came out on August 25 and right now on September 6 it still says "pre-ordered" and refuses to launch. Now it will launch if I go into the Xbox Store and find it in there or if I have it pinned.
It just won't launch the normal way and claims I can't play it because it is too early. To save everyone some time please consider the following:

    1. I have already power cycled the console. It doesn't fix the problem.

    2. Yes, I can delete these games and re-download it off of the Xbox Store. Downloading Gears of War Ultimate Edition twice though is essentially downloading 90gb and really hits against my monthly bandwidth number and I really shouldn't have to do it anyways.

The link I have included is to my Microsoft OneDrive so you can see what I am dealing with. The picture was taken on September 6, 2015. Any solutions?
