Xbox One game install stops @ 4%

So I have an Xbox One that has 215 GB free space, we are trying to install the MCC and I realize that this takes up approx 65 GB with an additional 20 GB update, however when we install the disc it stops at 4% and says we need to free up space. There is
plenty of space to install this 215 GB. Has anyone run into this issue? we really do not want to install the other games that are on there mainly because they took so long to install (already did 2 that we do not play anymore) and I would hate to do that
only to find out it didn't help.

We already tried installing while not connected to the internet so that it doesn't try to do the update at the same time, this is an entirely different issue.

Fallout 4 won't install all the way to 100%

I am trying to install fallout 4 on my Xbox one and it won't install all the way to 100% it either stops on 50% or 70% and just stops installing ive tried to install it offline then online to install update but even when it's offline it doesn't work. Someone
please help

The installation of Forza 6 stoppes every time at 4%.

I have try this:

Fehler beim Installieren eines Xbox One Spiels

and install the Blu-ray-Player-App...

but the game stopped to install at 4%

I also reset to factory adjustment. After i try to install, it stoppes at 4%.

Then i change the game at lokal store to an other copy. Try to install. And, at 4%, the installation stopped again.

Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive are able to install.

 

Can you try power cycling the console?

support.xbox.com/.../power-cycle-console

That should clear up some issues.

Also, it requires only 60GB - 45GB on the disc plus a 15GB download.

 

OK so I just tried the power cycling as suggested and it did the same thing. I actually have 260 gb prior to MCC trying to install 215 after. But it still stops at 4% and in the notifications it says free up space.

Does the game remain in the Queue? Can you highlight it and press the Menu button (three horizontal lines) and then hit cancel?

Then try the power cycling method again and restart it.

If not:

What console are you using? (Standalone, Kinect bundle, Sunset Overdrive bundle, 1TB CoD AW bundle)

Are you using any external storage?

 

I tried canceling it and doing it again, I am using the kinect bundle but the kinect is not hooked up to it. We have the kinect on our 1TB Cod AW. no external storage.
