Xbox One Game DVR

Discus and support Xbox One Game DVR in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I can't capture any gameplay.     I can't capture any gameplay. When I try it says " sorry couldn't record that," so could anybody tell me how to fix this problem? Is it a bug in the system that Microsoft needs to fix?

    Xbox One Game DVR

    No first go to settings and make sure they are set correctly.

    From dash press menu button > select settings > Preferences >

    At the top you will see system and apps. Please make sure " Allow play to streaming" is checked.

    Also that " allow Broadcasts and Game DVR uploads " is checked .

    Once you have done this let us know the outcome.

    Sorry but you cannot record live TV from the Xbox One using DVR. You can only use the DVR to record Xbox One video games.
