Xbox one Game DVR Problem (No Audio) after April Update

Clearing you MAC address in Advanced settings fixed this problem thanks Split Phase.

 

Ok! Split Phase it worked, cleared my MAC address, uninstalled upload studio and then shut off, unplugged for 30 sec, and recorded a Battlefield 4 clip and it has full sound!

I think that it's the clearing MAC address that does the trick

My only problem now that Microsoft needs to fix, is my existing badass clips I already made with no sounds not knowing.

P. S. Companies should really test their patches more often and for longer to prevent Crap like this, I mean look what Square Enix did to Thief they ruined people's games and corrupted saved files because a patch they released to soon without testing I feel

 

Clearing the mac address and getting rid of upload studio only fixed my issue for 3 clips.. I'm getting pretty frustrated. No clips since the release of the update.. I'm getting closer and closer to taking my Xbox One back. I've never had so many problems
with the 360. I still have an original Xbox 360 Elite that I use on a daily basis. Come on, Microsoft.

I was having that issue. Unplugged, waited 5 minutes plugged it back in and everything worked fine. Until yesterday. Had some good clips that it acted like it recorded. When i went back there was nothing there. Am i going to have to unplug the dam thing
before i start every game.

 

Did you guys try clearing the Mac address?

 

I just cleared Mac address as split phase suggested, console asked to restart itself, I said OK, it took a little while, 1-2 mins perhaps, then recorded 1 clip with sound straight away. I'll go play bf4 for a bit, record a few more and report back with my
findings a little later.

I only cleared the MAC address, nothing else.

 

Just recorded 5 clips in a row on bf4 plus the first 1 earlier on trials fusion totalling 6 succesful clips across 2 games with 0 failures. Again, I'll report back if theres a change. Thanks Split Phase.

 

I have the same issues, no audio. WTF microsoft!!!

 

Had at least four game clips today that I really wanted. Was using "Xbox, record that" and getting the message saying the clips were recorded, but there was no sign of them anywhere when I looked for them and the activity feed didn't show that I'd recorded
anything. Very disappointed because it had been working great before today.

 

Sorry it took so long for me to response back, this happened weeks ago but the audio is back is back again.

 

Same thing since April update. I just had a May 1 game update and it didn't fix anything either. As a matter of fact, every new update has created more new bugs and this system is BY FAR the WORST game system I've ever owned!

 

Same problem. Xbox won't even allow me to trash talk the system. My comments get deleted with key words it appears. This isn't working all around. The W O R S T ever system I've owned.

 

Same problem here and I have no audio for videos thay did have them at one point and now I get more issues with videos not bieng recorded

 

Ugh this is a bummer someone help
