Xbox one Game DVR Problem (No Audio) after April Update

I'm having this issue as well. I recorded a few clips of Trials Fusion today, and each clip I recorded had missing audio. I also could not broadcast to Twitch either after the update. It would display that I was live, but when I checked on the Twitch site
it showed I was offline. I hope that a patch will be released soon to fix these issues.

No sound when recording game clips.

Same problem here, after the April Update my game dvr clips no longer have audio to go with them. I really hope MS sees this and releases a fix because I know quite a few people this is effecting and it really sucks my game clips have no sound.

 

Seen a few with this issue some fixed it by powering down your console.

 

After reading many threads I tried a couple things and so far I've had 3 record WITH audio.

First thing I did was clear Mac address in network advanced settings. I have no idea what that does but I cleared it then reset. Titanfall server was down so I couldn't test it, so I kept reading.

Then I came across a thread saying uninstall and reinstall the upload app... Well you can't. But you can uninstall upload studio. So I did that. Did not reinstall. After that I remembered I had the Lego movie demo so I recorded 2 clips that actually had
audio! Then I checked titanfall again but I decided to see if I could record the very beginning of the game going into the menu. It did record and it did have sound.

I'm hoping that this will keep working for me. It hasn't since I got the preview update app.

 

Interesting, but i dont think uninstalling the upload studio app will do because you can preview your clips from upload not from upload studios, i have seen some of my friends from friends list having the same issue as well. i look into there clips and they
have no audio

 

I thought the same thing but it's been a day and all my clips still have sound. It's worth a try. I'm reinstalling upload studio now to see what happens. I'll update when I know.

 

Split, did that work for you?

 

This is a known issue and being worked on and tested by MS reboot helps in short term you could also try removing head set and adapter just read that somewhere

 

I'm having the same issue. I have a clip from Battlefield 4 that I uploaded a while back and it has full audio, but the two clips that I recently uploaded from COD: Ghosts have no audio at all. Nobody wants to watch a clip with no audio!

 

Two days later, I reinstalled upload studio and used it. I still have sound on my clips. I don't know what fixed out of the two things I did, but from what I can can tell neither hurt anything. If anyone tries it please post. If it works for more than just
me I'm going to hit up other pages of people with the same problem.

 

I just uninstalled the Upload Studio, turned off the xbox, unplugged it, waited 30 seconds, plugged it, and restarted it. It is now recording with sound. Thanks to everyone for the helpful thread.

 

I played a friends gameclip. I canfrimed it a real issue. I hope they fix it soon.

 

I have had the same problem please fix fast Microsoft

 

Since the april update, I also have this no audio in game clips problem.

And there is a problem with the gesture controls With kinect too, hardly any of it works as it did before the update and The hand sign has disappeared so you can't see what you're selecting.

Anyone else seen this issue?
