  2. When Will DVR be fixed?

I'm not alone when I say that the Xbox DVR is far, FAR from being a useful utility in it's current state. It is beyond slow to the point where even something as rudimentary as deleting clips is a painstakingly long and unpleasant task. Watching clips, get
that idea of of your head because you're going to buffer that 30 second clip 20x before you watch it. Quality? Forget about that too. 480p is good enough for xbox apparently.

My network is about as good as it gets. Youtube videos never buffer and start immediately. Netflix goes from 1% to 99% instantly. But Xbox DVR? No. A 2K resolution video at 60fps on YouTube loads faster than a 480p video at 30 fps on the Xbox DVR. And it's
not the console. It's the servers that host the videos.

There are several websites that allow users to watch their recorded clips through PC and they are just as slow as the Xbox One. Playing them both side by side, the quality is the same and the speed is the same. ****.

When will this feature be made actually useable?

Sony managed to make a simple and much smoother version of Xbox DVR that allows editing in the same application. No need for upload studio.

In short, why is the Xbox DVR broken after all these updates and when is it planned, if ever, to be made a useable feature unlike the many that the Xbox has but no one uses.

    Xbox Fitness Crashes Mid Workout

It used to buffer when the connection was slow. I can deal with the buffering but not just crashing. I saw another thread about slowness. Maybe they need to make away to download the videos locally.

    Need help plz!!

Works fine with my TiVo. Keep in mind it's just passing through the commands to the TiVo. If you don't have it hooked to a DVR you won't have any REW/FF functionality. The Xbox One does not maintain a buffer of video content coming into the console via HDMI.

using the DVR service on Xboxone

Sorry but you cannot record live TV from the Xbox One using DVR. You can only use the DVR to record Xbox One video games.

Pre-stream Xbox Fitness Videos? (aka "insufficient bandwidth" error)

    Hey Fly,

Sorry to hear you're having issues with Xbox Fitness.

There is not a way to pre-buffer the videos for this game. One thing you might want to double check if you're having issues is our Troubleshooter on
