Xbox One Game Download Legit?

Hi All,

I've found a website that sells Xbox One Games as download codes. However, this one seems a little strange - you get an Xbox Live account which comes with the game.

So my question is - is it legal, and is it legit? I can't buy the game cheaper than they are advertising, so will I be able to install it onto my xbox one, then remove the account it came with and keep the game?

Nah that is defo not legit.It could lead to your account and console getting banned

 

You may find that the content was purchased on the account using a stolen credit card.

 

Not sure about this, having looked at the site, i would not say there's any risk that the games are purchased with stolen cards, they are purchased from different countries stores, which makes them cheaper.

I would say it probably is against the terms and conditions, but it just looks like an xbox one loophole.

Its really not any different from your friend coming around, logging in on your Xbox, and you having access to his games, which is deffinatley not against T&C's.

Hmmmm, interesting, and them prices are VERY attractive.

The game certainly would be on your console and playable tho.

 

This is not legit & I would expect better from cdkeys.

Definitely not legitimate. The appropriate people are now in the know.
