Xbox One Game Disc won’t work

I received FIFA 21 phyiscal Disc for the Xbox One for Christmas, and after I installed the game and started to play it all was fine but the next day I go to play and put the disc in it told me that the game may be dirty or damage and that i should clean
it, and tried it again but there isn’t anything wrong with the disc, and when i tried playing another xbox one disc i had the same problem and for some reason no Xbox one game disc will work, but when i go put a Xbox 360 backward compatible disc in they will
all work and also DVD/Blu-ray disc. Its just Xbox one game disc I am having trouble with.

I had happened to me maybe you got a bad disc i would take it take and get the same game

But its all of my Xbox One Game disc, the 360 and blu-ray disc work perfectly.

Why does my Xbox series x 87 days old not play any disc whatsoever ?? Won’t play Xbox one game Xbox 360 dvd or Blu-ray won’t play anything it’s the 5th Xbox on the spin to do this ? What’s going on with these crappy drives and power mode ( Microsoft won’t admit there’s a massive problem with their disc drives ! That’s facts

YouTube has like 50 videos of people not being able to play a game they own on disc I think I’ll get full refund and buy PS5 no way will a Sony product not read discs

like for some reason, I can’t play Xbox one game discs cuss they won’t install. I can only install and play Xbox 360 game discs and games that have been installed from the store.

Ok no that won’t help I have found a few things to try apparently this Is an issue with a lot of Xbox ones

hold the disc to the disk tray until you hear the Xbox trying to take the disc and as soon as you hear let the Xbox take the disc after a Second

let me know if that works
