Xbox One Game Disc Stuck

Yesterday I wanted to change games so I ejected the one inside and inserted the one I wanted to play. The Xbox One made a weird noise and it didn't read the disc. I tried to eject it and insert it again but when I press the eject button the Xbox just makes
noise and the disc doesn't come out. I tried restarting the console and nothing changed. I also tried manual eject with a clip and it didn't work. Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. With the Xbox One consoles you don't need to set anything up to insert a disc. Have you made sure that there is no game stuck in the console? Go ahead and follow the support article to

removed manually, we recommend creating a repair on the
Microsoft hardware website. Be sure to let us know the results!

My xbox one has a disc stuck in.it and it won't play any of the games. When I turn it back on it doesn't show up on the tv

I'm sorry to hear about your disc being stuck in the console. You would definitely want to remove the disc from the console before sending it off for repair. If you send the console for repair with a disc stuck inside you will most likely no receive the
disc back.
