Xbox one game disc cant download offline

I had just bought a game and then tryied to install it and it dosent pop up in my queue or installing. I can play other games I have that are already downloaded with disc and they all work fine. I dont have internet at all but I do have the latest update
for my console it's just some games do not wish to download on the console I have space for it with 4 Tb of free soace. I also tryied to restart the xbox and hard restarting it tryied unplugging it and wait a few minutes and tryied again and it dosent work
so asking for a friend for help

The game is a brand new kne I purchased online and this is not the only game is had done it too

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have issue with a disk. If it is the only disk that isn't working, we suggest trying a new one. As you just purchased, we recommend returning it to the store you purchased to swap for a different one.

Disc;

Cancel download -> Go offline -> Install while offline -> Go online and then do the updates!

Hi, I am Bella. You dont need internet to download a disc base game. You only need internet if your downloading it from the Xbox Store. You cant have your offline saves on online and you cant have online saves on offline mode . this game have 2 modes off line mode and online mode if you want to play single player campaign online you need to start a new game . I would recommend finish
the singale player campaign in offline mode . this game has a good off line features to it . you can try the offline local multiplayer mode set the game in bot mode its fun . do you have disc version of the game or the digital version of the game.
if you have the disc version you can uninstall it offline and you dont have to update it with digital the version you cant uninstall it offline my xbox one s is on offline mode because slow internet.
