    Xbox one game crash sound


    Hi, I own Fifa 18 and Forza Horizon 2 and whilst I was updating downloading them I launched the games cause before completion you get the notification that says that the game is ready to start and ever after they crash all the time at the same point and
    make a loud noise. Does anyone know how to fix that???

    GTA Onlien - 1.36 - Xbox one

    Xbox one/GTA Online - Since my last update, the GTA online always crashes on loading. I can play the story mode normally, but to activate the online mode and start loading the screen freezes together with that typical sound of crashes game.

    Xbox one/GTA Online - Since my last update, the GTA online always crashes on loading. I can play the story mode normally, but to activate the online mode and start loading the screen freezes together with that typical sound of crashes game.

    Were You installing the games or updating the games? Sometimes when You are installing games It says It's possible to open It, but it's not possible to play the whole game, You would have to wait, I suggest You to wait 'till the game is totally downloaded.

    Hi there,

    For a case like this would you be able to please quit out of the game and then perform a shutdown and reboot your xbox. After this if the games are still crashing, would you be able to uninstall and reinstall them, hopefully this should correct the problem.

    If you still have an issue after that please report back and we would be happy to help!

    I am having the same issue with my fifa 18 but no troubleshooting helps, I did all there is but it failed as only the fifa 18 isn't launch. I get an error message saying oops your game took to long to launch

    Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

    If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again

    Homefront/Timesplitters 2

    The Homefront game works ok, its just the Timesplitters 2 unlockable game that has crashed. I read about the game crashing before when the unlock code was found. I wanted to know if Timesplitters 2 crashes without using the code to unlock the later levels.

    I dont think that the Xbox One is crashing, because when it happens the game will freeze with no sound and i can still press the Xbox Guide button to get to the menu and exit to dashboard.
