Xbox one game code won’t work

I went to game stop and got a call of duty WW1 game code and it doesn’t work

good luck. I even tried to purchase it because I got so frustrated. It still doesn’t work. That’s why they won’t give a redemption code. It won’t work. Fix this Xbox. This sucks

 

Where did you try to redeem the code your xbox console or your pc?

 

You can try contacting Microsoft support (1-800-469-9269) ; but may have to deal directly with Gamestop if they sold you an invalid code. Does it give you an error that it has already been redeemed, or does it give you an error that the code is invalid?

 

You should contact Game Stop and tell them that your code is not working

 

You must contact who sold You the game, in this case Game Stop, but You can talk to Xbox Support too and ask them why the code doesn't work
