According to dualshockers, official word from Activision "We want to inform you that we are revising our release plans for ASM2 on Xbox One. When and whether ASM2 is released on Xbox One is TBD"

so basically they are not releasing it when it comes out on other formats, and are yet to decide if they will ever release it. I think its obvious why if you look at the other formats. PS3 & xbox 360 both sold around 80 million, no doubt 10-15 million still
working and in use. 7 million PS4s sold. 6 million WiiUs sold. 44 million 3ds sold. Yet only 4 million xbones sold. I think its obvious that the development costs of an xbone version are not worth the potential sales from such a small player base. When you
factor in that many developers have had problems with xbone it makes sense to wait and see if costs can be recouped.

 

@ Messiah I come on here the same reason that other people come on that own multiple consoles. After all I didn't buy my 360 game score on EBay did I ?

I would bet the majority come on these forums for some sort of entrainment and then there's the ones that come on here to insult, ridicule, bash anyone who doesn't share their views on the One for fun.

thing is WILD why are you on this part of the forums?? this is the next gen xbox one disscussion forums not the 360 i dont use the ps forums as i dont own a playstation. everytime u comment on these forums y=it is always to say something negative about ms
and positive about sony. why even come on here and waste ur breathe

 

personally i think its very strange the same game on last gen will be on this gen they wont update the game its activision remember. they will just port it to all consoles so no reason for it not to be on the xbox one unless its got something to do with
sony. i was going to get this game but cancelled my pre order a few days ago what with watchdogs coming out next month and sniper elite in june.

 

UPDATE: Activision provided IGN with the following statement about The Amazing Spider-Man 2 on Xbox One.

"We are working with Microsoft in an effort to release The Amazing Spider-Man 2 video game on Xbox One. Currently, the game will be available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii U, Nintendo 3DS and the PC on April 29, 2014 as previously
announced."

 

Its a movie tie-in game, so it's bound to be crap just like all movie tie-in games. Don't see what the fuss is to be honest and besides its from Craptivision.

Seems you got a gold account and a 360,just to justify your posts on Xbox forums.
