Xbox one game audio issues

Good morning ladies and gentlemen i just bought the original Saints row from Xbox online cranked it up and noticed that the ingame audio is not working where it should how can I fix this? I just want to play my game and have a good time any help is greatly

Hello Vash,

Sorry for the issue with your audio on games. We recommend one of the games you are having an audio issue with, install it on the internal HD. Then unplug the external and try the game see if it still has audio issues. This will test to see if it the external
HD or the Xbox.

Is there any audio settings in-game that would need to be set to match your Xbox One consoles audio settings? Additionally, is Final Fantasy XV the only game this issue occurs in?

Hi, At the game audio settings is for home theater. this issue begins with the last xbox update.

That sounds more like an issue with the quality of your friends mc and less an issue with the sound volume through Xbox. In case there is an issue here is a link that I think will be of assistance: Troubleshoot
