Boa noite pessoal, tive meu xbox one Furtado. Gostaria de saber se existe a possibilidade de rastrear o aparelho com o número de série ou outro número ? Acredito que minha conta ainda esteja no console mas precisa da senha para entrar no meu perfil. Quanto
ao cartão de crédito ja removi da conta. Se a Microsoft pode banir o aparelho talvez consiga rastrear também. Vou fazer o BO amanhã. Alguém ja teve esse mesmo problema e consegui resolver?

Thank you for your attention, I will wait for the police to investigate the case, here in Brazil everything is well delayed the laws are not fulfilled as in the United States. this is very sad. I hope I can recover and if this happens I will donate the console

Sim mas meu login está configurado para digitar a senha, sem a senha não entra no meu ferfil. Se eles removerem meu perfil do console criar outro usuário e jogar online ? Pra qual finalidade foi mencionado o número de série para policia ? O console foi registrado
no site da Microsoft com meu email. So vocês conseguem rastrear o Ip que esta sendo usado. Vocês podem passar ela informação para policia investigarem. Vocês tem controle no acesso de cada console e tudo que esta sendo feito através dele.

Hey Doug,

The only other thing to do would be to see if they signed into your account while online. If they did, then you could get a IP address that the police could then track to find whoever has it.
