xbox one full library issues

I have encountered some weird errors on my xbox one. Namely, whenever I try to view the full library for any account, the connection times out. I can't download games from the shop either, as when I click install, the button presses but nothing happens. I believe this error stems from my internet connection, as when I took the xbox outside of the house, it operated like normal and was able to download games.

In trying to fix this I did go through some steps,

-ensuring I am on the right profile

-checking for updates

-restarting and unplugging xbox

-ensuring I have enough memory (I am only using .7%)

-plugging directly into my router

-restarting router

-reinstalling accounts

-restoring xbox to factory settings.

None of it worked. Any idea of what I can do?

So, is this issue happening only with your home internet, right?

Could you double check what's saying on NAT type inside network configuration?

Thanks for the update, that it's probably the reason why you're not able to use your Xbox properly at home

Strict NATmeans that ports for the Xbox Live Services in your internet router settings are not opened completely.

Let me give you the needed ports for you to open:

Port 88 (UDP)
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
Port 80 (TCP)
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

That should work once you open them. Make sure to contact your Internet Service Provider for this.

Also, ask them to enable UPnP in your router settings as well

Yes. It says Strict for the NAT type and that double NAT is detected. Also when we directly connected to modem, we got strict Nat and uPnP not working. The double NAT message went away.
