    I purchased a xbox one full game Minecraft for my son. When we gor home and tried to redeem it is asking for a 25 digit code. On the back of the card their is a pin#, card# & activate# and none of them are 25 digits long.

    Yes. It wants a 25 digit code but the longest code on the card is only 24 numbers
