XBOX ONE: Full Game Download - Choose One

I bought an XBOX ONE Full Game Download - Choose One Promotional bundle. The deal stipulates that you scratch off a foil on the back of a card which reveals a 16 digit alphanumeric code which you then enter in to a form on this website: "www.xbox.com/choose-your-game."
Because my console was turned on I attempted to fill that form out on my Samsung S7 phone. The Android OS did not have the capability to run the webpage which was not apparent until I had already entered the code and hit submit. At this point there should
have been pictorial icons designated for the four options: "Forza 6"; "Tomb Raider"; "Gears of War"; or "Rare Replay." There were no icons to select on the android version of the webpage which was not formatted for smartphones. I turned my console off and
logged onto the page on my desktop only to find that I had invalidated the registration code on my phone and could not have a free download. I looked up the available options for support and found only chat met my immediate needs. I spoke to "L" name who disconnected
the chat after 12 minutes. Then I spoke to "R" name (47 minutes total chat time) who pointed out the troubleshooting form on the same site that has a 3 business day turn around time. I asked "R" name for a free download to play on my brand new system until
my support form response could be issued. "R" name directed me to this forum which appears to be a crybaby lounge for people who have been jilted by Microsoft. I am stating my dissatisfaction here because this was offered to me as a method of attaining compensatory
satisfaction. Here are my complaints: 1. The promo bundle was $350.00 and should have included a tangible disk to ensure the sales advertisement was fulfilled. 2. The game promo website cannot be accessed by android software and this is not stated in the literature
card found in the promo bundle box. 3. Xbox Chat support cannot effectively read or write in English. 4. XBOX hides its customer support phone number on the support page and this number is not displayed prominently; instead you have to wade through FAQs and
self-help troubleshooting forums until the number is listed. 5. I bought an expensive (to me and my family) game console that we will not be able to use until support responds to our form. Help from the site's admin would be appreciated. Please make this right.

It has been 10 days. I did get a response from a nameless replybot after submitting my contact form. The Cx service group "Helloworld" customer service" issued me a ticket number a few minutes after I hit 'sumbit' but has not resolved the issue yet. I responded
once, requesting an update on the status of my ticket. I don't take this personally. Microsoft is a whale and I am a bird picking the baleen for mince. I am enjoying Fallout 4. Its Amaaaazing. The games that were offered in the NAME YOUR BUNDLE deal are not
worth calling Rajesh and Fathima at Microsoft cx service about anyway. I am stoked about 'No Man's Sky.' Thanks for not leaving me hanging Senor Tono.
