    Xbox One Frozen


    My partner bought me an Xbox One (Disc Edition) for my birthday in December 2019. I have had no issues with it since getting it but today it will not work.

    The screen is frozen and i cannot access anything. I have tried troubleshooting it but it still won't unfreeze. I tried speaking to Currys PC World who she bought it off and they said it's nothing they can help with. That microsoft need to deal with it.

    IS there anything i can do to fix this?

    I read somewhere that an update to COD: Modern Warfare has been causing some issues, i have this installed on my xbox could this be the source of my issues?

    Try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps.
