Xbox One Frozen on start screen

my xbox has been working fine until now. When I turn it on it on it gets stuck on the Xbox one logo screen after doing the sound and animation. I have tried doing everything I know to do, power cycling, unplugging, waiting, etc ... Anyone had this issue
and found a valid fix?

Also, it seems my Kinect is not turning on at all. I'm not sure if the two are related, but most likely.

Can you connect a different device onto the HDMI cord your Xbox is connected to, just to check it's not a cable issue?

If the other device works on the cable, try hard resetting your Xbox One by holding the power button on the right of the console for about 15 seconds. Then unplug the power cord for about 30 seconds, and plug it back in.

Then start up your console. Does it now show a proper picture?

can anyone help me, I have been playing my white Xbox slim, it's not even a month old and I tried to turn it on after not playing for a couple days and the start up screen is just a whole bunch of lines looks like they are purple green and grey, and it's
faded at the top an the screen is frozen like this does anyone have a solution

 

I'm ironically having a similar problem. My XBox will launch, but the apps and sign in won't work. All o can successfully do is navigate the main menu.

 

Unfortunately I can't even get that far. All I see is a green screen with the Xbox one logo. Hopefully there's a fix.

 

So after speaking to Xbox customer support and trying everything I could, including the offline diagnostic tool, they said I need to send it in. I was really hoping it could be fixed, but I guess not.
