    XBOX One Froze


    I have had this Xbox One since May 2015 and never had an issue until today. I was playing Gears of War and 4 time it had froze on me and sending me back home on the main screen of xbox.

    I have already cleaned up my memory storage, delete some of the applications that I do not use, and I updated the console. after all it froze again. Any help appreciated.

    You've tried power cycling I assume? Anyway, it must be a problem with GoW. Check on the game's forums or just Google search to see if other people have the same problem as you. If they do, it may just be a software glitch that you might have to wait out.
    If it's not the developer's problem and it's just you, a re-install is the only option I can give you.

    The freezing is usually caused by a build up of the cache. Power cycling should fix this. You can power cycle by holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    On top of all the other comments you can also try to power cycle the Xbox by clearing the cache. Unplug the power from the Xbox itself and then hold the power button for 30sec. then plug back and power on. See if that helps.
