Xbox One Froze During Setup

So this is my first time ever making a forum post in order to fix a problem. So please bear with me. (I'm also from Sweden if that changes anything)

I just got my Xbox One and everything was going fine when plugin everything in and starting up the Xbox for the first time. It was alson going fine during most of the setup until I got to the step, 'Here's how you look on Xbox'. When i pressed 'A' for the
next step the Xbox froze in the middle of chenging between the two steps. At first I waited for about 30 minutes to make sure it wasn't just loading something. After that I started looking around for solutions and couldn't find a thing. So I decided to turn
off the Xbox and then restarting it, because when I looked up the steps that were to follow they didn't seem very important, it was just 'Choose a color' left. When I turned the thing back on it said that there was an update, so i tried updating and got the
'There was a problem with the update' -screen. In an effort to make this a bit shorter I'm just going to say that I've tried everything except the 'Offline System Update Diagnostics Tool'. But I didn't want to go there yet due to the fact that what started
the problem was the Xbox freezing.

So I'm asking in here before I break something using the diagnostics tool. If anyone has any idea of why this is happening please share your thoughts. I'm out of ideas. (Also, I'm sorry for any grammatical errors, as I stated in the beginning, English isn't
my first language)

Xbox one S stuck while verifying updat

my Xbox one S seems to be frozen during step 2 "verifying update" .

 

Xbox froze during download..

now wants me to format my hard drive. I just transferred data from my old HDD to my new slim 360. Everything transferred just fine, but it froze during a download, and won't recognize the hard drive.

 

There is a mayor issue with the xbox live service right now, so this maqy cause your problems. I'd suggest to wait 'til the issue is fixed and then try again.
