Xbox One front of console unresponsive.

I recently unhooked my Xbox One and reset it up for my new home thearter setup. Apon restarting the console i found the entiree front of the system was completely unresponsive, power button wont react to touch, disc tray wont activate. And the power light
wont come on, the console is power on via controller but still no light.

Any ideas?

Controller poor quality and really upset.

The button next to the Dashboard button is unresponsive, the thumbtacks lagged and stuck and now are literally broken. The front panel is loose as well.

Hi

With the console powered down try holding the bind and eject buttons on the front of the console and then press the power button on the front of the console.

try to see if you're connection are secure i have the same problem when i move my xbox around sometimes. also see if its correctly plugged in mabey?

If you've verified that the console works, and everything is plugged in well, but you still do not have lights or response on the front panel, then you may need to send your console in for service using the link below. If you have a disc stuck in your
console I would suggest using a paperclip and the link below to remove it. I've also put the link to factory reset your console. I would also try that before sending it in. It sounds like a hardware issue, but that would verify that.

Having the same problem. Both the original Microsoft Xbox Media Remote and the new PDP remote. The xbox buttons will turn the console on, but are otherwise unresponsive.

First of all, which Xbox One console do you have? If it's the regular Xbox One console, I sometimes have the same issue. However, the issue is only when someone walks really closely in front of the Xbox button. When your Xbox turns on, is someone walking
right in front of it?
