    Xbox One Front Buttons Not Working


    I've got a weird problem here. I recently purchased an Xbox One console, one of the refurbished models from the Microsoft Store.

    The power and eject buttons don't work. At all. I thought something was funny when I tried to turn it on by pressing the button and nothing happened, but I was still able to turn it on via the controller. It's worth mentioning that the power button light
    is not on at any point while the system is on. In addition, the eject button will not work either.

    Is there any way to fix this? I'd prefer not to have to send my console in if possible.

    Console Freezes

    Hi,

    The xbox one console freezes during game loading from hard drive and disc.

    The Controller is working but the buttons will not function, the only way to Shutdown the console is via the button on the front.

    Please Help!!!

    When I click to play Titanfall, my Xbox One goes straight back to the dashboard.

    its not his internet hard boot the console (holding the button on the front for 10 seconds) then turn it back on in 10 seconds or so it should work, its a rare bug on the xbox one fixed by booting (ran to it myself once)

    Bumping.

    Anybody? Honestly this wouldn't bug me so much if the One just let you eject discs by pushing a button on the controller like the 360 did.

    I have the same issue, I bought it at the release, it worked til last october, then the power button stopped working, don't a big issue but Yesterday I found that the eject button don't work too and I can't change the disk.

    I think the only thing to do is to send it for repair.

    Just curiosity are you on the early access program like me?

    Yes I did...hopefully this will work for you.. Left side of the xbox their is a button beside a USB port. It's the sync button, push that and use the sync button on the front of your controller.. Should work.. If not push the controller one first then the
    box one.
