    I have purchased xbox one from US and trying to use in india. I know the US one is 110V and india supports 220V. The option is to use step down transformer , but I was thinking if I can purchase a power brick and then use it in india. When I called support,
    they said they don't sell power brick separately. So, what options do I have?

    I am quite surprised that you cannot use power brick separately.

    Is it OK to use Xbox US and use the power brick from india. I know I cannot use digital option but let me get it rolling first. What's the suggestion. The support folks will go on speaking the same word again and again. No support, no replacement etc etc.

    XBox one PSU from US to India

    Hi ,

    I have bought a XB1 from US recently.I will be using it in India(230 V) and China(220 V).Do I need to buy a new PSU or some voltage converter is good enough.Any recommendations?

    110V to 220V adapter replacement

    Hi,

    I have recently moved from US to India. I carried my XBox from US to India.

    The power adapter that came with the console works on 110V AC, and in India the power supply is 220V AC.

    I want to replace my 110V adapter to a 220V one.

    Please help.

    U.S. Xbox One S with Indian games

    Sadly the xbox one will be region locked to the us. Codes and games bought in india will not work with the xbox one, however if you were to have family, or friends that you trust buy games/codes in the us they should work in india. The codes and games
    purchased must match the region your account/xbox originated from.

    Thank you Georges ! So basically I just need a local power cable from India. Because the one that came along with XBox is 125 Volts, 7 Amp. And this should be good for me to use it in India.

    STOP trying to use the xbox one immediately.

    If you have a US console and your trying to use it in India you could completely fry the xbox one (if you havent already fried it out.)

    Yes you would need to get a power supply for india. You would need to call xbox support for your country and tell them you need to purchase a xbox one power supply for use in India.

    Hi Vesuvian,

    As Daft badger told, it is not advisable to use Step Down. since it might devoid warranty.

    However there is another alternate method. If you go to service.myxbox.com(change your address to UK) you can actually order for a xbox one PSU for 30 pounds. and if you have some friends there tell them to ship it back to India.
