Xbox one from US - need Hong Kong adapter

Discus and support Xbox one from US - need Hong Kong adapter in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Moved to Hong Kong recently with my Xbox One. Trying to find an authentic adapter (220v).     Xbox one from US - need Hong Kong adapter


    Moved to Hong Kong recently with my Xbox One. Trying to find an authentic adapter (220v). MS Hong Kong is telling me they don't sell adapters separate.

    SOOOO CONFUSED - DIRT 3 - BACKWARD COMPATIBILITY - XBOX ONE - GWL account - YES /NO ???

    Obviously, it is MS oversight.

    Why would I have to change my account from US country region when my CC is a Hong Kong based card, I am billed in Hong Kong so my registered address is in Hong Kong?

    When I applied for GWL, all my billing information should be HK and in their system already as HK

    can i use a DLC code from US on my xbox?

    what about the CD from other countries? I ordered Arkham Knight from US, will it work on my xbox Hong Kong?

    Hello,

    Yes, you can purchase an Xbox One and use it in Hong Kong. However, you'll have issues purchasing/downloading content digitally as the console won't be available in Hong Kong at launch so there won't be a digital store for you. If you were to purchase games
    NTSC or PAL they should work as the Xbox One is going to be region locked.

    The only issue you may have in regards to this is the power supply that you would receive. I believe Hong Kong is 220v, United States is 110v, it's currently unknown what sort of power supply will ship with the Xbox One but as the console won't be released
    in Hong Kong at launch you won't be able to get a 220v power supply from Hong Kong Xbox Support until it is.

    This doesnt really help though. I live in Hong Kong as an expat and everything on xbox is in Chinese Characters, and Im pretty sure that Hong Kong uses English as one of its official languages (there is a huge expat community here). Is there really no way
    to change the language?
