Xbox One friends list issue

Recently, my friends list has stopped showing how long someone has been offline. Rather than showing something such as "unknown8: Last seen 13h ago: home", it will just say "Unknown7: Offline". Most of these friends are not appearing offline as I spoke to
them when they did get off of their consoles. My friends still appear online when they get on, just never shows how long ago some of them got off.

Friends list Xbox one issue

I am experiencing an issue where someone i meet adds me but it wont show up on my activity feed or my followers wont go up. I double checked and made sure that it says you + How much friends they have. This is not a big issue but its annoying because Im
not able to join their parties without an invite cause it thinks we arent friends. The new xbox friend system has been nothing but problems for me and i hope it gets fixed soon. If there is a fix please tell me and thanks in advance

I do understand we have to both add eachother to be considered friends. I checked and the people who i have followed recently do in fact have me followed but its not showing under my followers tab on xbox one or the website.

Try to reset the MAC settings of your console.

Please press the Menu button on your controller >> Click Settings >> Click Network >> Click Advance Settings >> Click Alternate MAC address >> and then click Clear.

Don't be bothered with a very tiny details.

Yeah they appear on my friends list but don't appear on followers but when i click on their profile it says they have me added aswell. I checked and I didnt block any of them.

That is strange. Are they appearing on your actual friends list? I think followers is just people following you, not people that you are following... I could be wrong on that point though

Also, you don't have them blocked or anything like that by accident do you?

Hey mate,

So when you check on the website, which you can do by going to your profile pic up the top right, clicking on 'friends', and then clicking on 'followers', are they showing there?

To become 'friends' you both need to add each other, in case you weren't sure of that

It should instantly show, however its possible that it might be a little delayed, but it should definitely work, unless they are either already a follower, or perhaps
might not be adding you correctly?
