Xbox One friends appearing offline

All of my friends are appearing offline.

 

Yeah this keeps happening becoming a joke now basically paying Xbox live for nothing 3 nights in a row

 

This is the third day in a row where I cannot play the service I am paying for.

Contacting 1-800-4MY-XBOX and asking for a credit or compensation, I suggest others experiencing the issue do the same.

 

3rd day in a row having this issue, contacting 1-800-4MY-XBOX to requested partial credit or compensation as it is affecting the ability for me to use the service I am paying for.

I suggest everyone else having this issue do the same thing as this is now on-going and not a limited 1 day thing.

 

My entire friends list is showing up as offline for the third time in a row this week. I was in a party with them and all of the sudden my entire friends list went fro showing 19 people online to it showing no friends online. I also reset my console fully
and went through the power cycle thing and looked again and still no result. I even deleted and re-added my profile to see if that was the problem but once again, I had no result. I know they are online as I messaged him via text message just to be sure and
he was and still is online. What the hell is causing this to happen?!?!?!?

 

I was doing what I usually do, playing ark with my friends. My friend who was hosting had to go so we were going to play the world my other friend hosted. He loads up and says he inviting me. I get no inbites. After several attempts I go to just join him
from his profile. As my friends list loads at first it shows all my friends. Then a split second later it says all my friends are offline but one. It wasn't my friend I was in the party either. So I decide maybe I just need reset my console. I do the full
reset (holding the power button) turn my console back on and it still showed the one friend I want even playing with. I couldn't get back into the party either. Then I thought maybe my internet just needs to be reset. Nope. I even tried to just go fine in
network settings. Then I checked the status of XBL it said it was normal. I don't know if maybe it is down and it just hasn't been detected or this is a glitch. Any advice?

 

This problem.is still going ahead. I think the problem lays with multi account login on the same xbox and an error effecting the party.

Any way guys, he's a fast and easy solution. You need two accounts.

Log in, main account. Then log in second account.

Wait a couple of minutes, log out second account then main.

Do this twice and your friend list is running again!

Was just in a party then it disconnected me and tells me all my friends are offline? Tried resetting everything and still not worked, this needs to be fixed.
