    Xbox one Freinds


    After a update or two I can no longer see who I am friends with or see who is online. I have reset me xbox, re-download my account, even looked at my Xbox and account settings incase somthing has changed but nothing has. Can some one help me to be able to see my friends list again and see who is online. Thanks.

    We appreciate your coming to the Xbox community, and we're sorry you're having this issue. I see you have tried things that would normally fix the issue, so I will suggest you try resetting your console to factory defaults to see if the issue is resolved.

    To reset your console to factory defaults.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

    Select Reset console.

    On the Reset your console? screen, you'll see three options:

    - Select the option to keep your games and apps so that they are not deleted, make sure you know your email and password as they will be removed from the console and you will need to add them again.

    this used to happen to me , you have an incompatible NAT with your freinds , the problem is at your freinds end tell them to get a better connection :D , also can you give me info on wether you can join a party with only the one freind inside it , becuase
    if there is multiple freinds then that will alow them to connect even if they are not host
