    when i booted up my xbox one today i discovered that it had developed a problem over night, a few minutes after turning the console on the inputs from my controller seem to take much longer (10-15 seconds) indicating that the console is slowing down, after
    a couple more minutes the console freezes altogether forcing me to restart this

    this seems to occur no matter what is happening, whether i be in a game, an app (e.g. youtube) or even if i'm just sitting on the dashboard doing nothing.

    it just seemed weird that this just happened over night as there have been no recent updates and i'm not part of the preview program so i don't know what might have caused this and was wondering if anyone else had this problem

    i have tried all the usual advice of soft reseting and clearing the system cache

    This has happened to me the last couple of preview updates. I AM NOT in the preview program though these issues occur as if I am. Every preview update I notice an influx of reports of these issues. No one can ever give answers but I imagine it involves An
    OS error. I like many others would love for someone to try an alert xbox of this. Very annoying but seems it could be easily fixable.

    Minecraft on xbox one freezing during gameplay.

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.
