    Xbox One Freezing


    Hi all,

    For the past two days I’ve been unable to use my Xbox without it freezing and becoming unresponsive and telling me that apps and games have taken too long to load. It started with my Blu Ray glitching out but now anything freezes when I select it.. tried
    hard reset, disconnecting and reconnecting my internet, turning everything off and then back on.. I've tried everything I can think of and nothing online seems to help at all..

    Had a look on Xbox Support's twitter and they acknowledged the problem with watching content but not with anything else..

    If anyone can help at all that'd be great.

    Minecraft on xbox one freezing during gameplay.

    We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

    When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

    When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.
