XBOX ONE FREEZING WHILE PLAYING AND KINECT NOT WORKING .....

MY XBOX ONE IS FREEZING WHILE I AM PLAYING GHOSTS ... KINECT KEEPS WORKING THEN SHUTTING ITSELF OFF ... COMING BACK ON ...

XBOX DOESNT RECOGNIZE VOICE COMMANDS ??

ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS????

Xbox One Kinect constantly disconnecting/connecting while playing games

Hi there, it may be you need to reset the Kinect sensor connection, to do so give this a try.

1.Power off the console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

2.Unplug the console’s power.

3.Unplug the Kinect sensor from the Xbox One console.

4.Plug the console power back in.

5.Press the Xbox button on your console to power up the Xbox One.

6.Press the Menu button on your controller.

7.Select Settings, and then select Kinect.

8.Plug the Kinect sensor into the back of the console and wait up to two minutes for it to be recognized.

Xbox One signed me out while playing

Microsoft you have a problem with your kinect sign in.

I was playing Dead Rising 3 for a couple hours today, and when I was playing a mission it automatically signed me out and gave me the message, see picture attached.

 

Try doing a hard reset of your console by holding the power button down on the front of the console until it turns off then unplug it from the outlet for 30 sec then plug back in. This might correct the issue your having.
