Xbox One freezing when I press the home button in-game

Discus and support Xbox One freezing when I press the home button in-game in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I cant use the homebutton at all while playing games or it will freeze my system and turn off.     Power button shut off

    I recently posted about my Xbox freezing and not reading games or anything so I had to send it back to get repairs. I got my Xbox back a few days ago and plugged it in today. It has been working alright until I press the home button on my controller. Once
    I press the home button the whole Xbox shuts off. Any solutions?

    Freezeing when i press home button

    SO I've had my xbox one for about a year now today i decided id play rise of the tomb raider again i was playing for awhile i was gonna take a break so i pressed my home button the side bar came out but then it froze the whole xbox
    the only thing that woukd work was holding the home button on the controller to turn it off so i turned it off waited awhile then turned it back on when i turned it on it looked like it opened on the oneguide or the store it wasnt fully loaded so i waited
    a mintue and it never fully loaded so i pressed the home button and it froze again it keeps doing the same thing I've tried holding the power button on the xbox to reset it still the same thing what do i do?

    So how are boot times for you?

    Thinking íf something to do with internet speed, wifi or something?

    Any external drives used - it could be specific to a brand of those?

    I would try unplug a drive if so - and see if that helps.

    It's not something that ever happened to me, and probably not for so many - or it would be such posts all over.

    It's something about your system - and maybe to do with things connected - internet or external drives.

    General procedure recommended for issues like yours are power cycling making all memory clear and similar.

    With console on - press power button for at least 20s or so.

    Unplug power cord for 20-30s or so.

    Then plugin in power and start console as normal.

    I haven't tried my Xbox One with another game just yet, but let's solve this problem one by one! Regarding the issue that when I press MENU button that a HELP screen shows up to the right, I am not able to close that HELP screen despite I press B button
    as the screen says! For example, when playing NBA 2k14, when I press that MENU button, the right side of the screen says " We couldn't open Help--Sorry about that. Help may have taken too long to open and stopped responding. Press B to go back, then try to
    Help again."

    The problem is, even I press the B button, the screen freezes there! This also happen when I am browsing Xbox home page when not playing the game!

    Do you know why it is like this??
