Xbox One freezing Please help

OK so I just bought this xbox one from gamestop 3 weeks ago. I bought the minecraft game new. Every time I try to play the game the xbox freezes up and give me an error message, "Error Occurred, Exiting game." Once I finally (after 30 minutes or more)
get to the dashboard, I cant move around in the dashboard. I end up having to do a hard restart and removing the game before I can get the dashboard to do anything. So that is one problem. Today while attempting to play, I got back to the dashboard and got
to the restart game screen and clicked it. Now i only have a black screen. I don't know what to do. I posted on the Minecraft forums to I really need and answer to this. Please help.

FREEZING!!!

This game is freezing up constantly. One of my favorites but the freezing is annoying. Please help fix. Oh it is also doing it on Sudoku.

Xbox One Screen Frezzing

My sons xbox one keeps freezing during gameplay and returns to the homescreen, have tried rebooting Internet also as with the console. Still persists please help

You should take the console back to Gamestop for an exchange. You should not be having those issues with a new console.

We experience a complete freeze. When the account that freezes is hosting the world in splitscreen, all players and the world freeze.

When the account that freezes is the second player, not hosting the world, no one freezes.

When the account that freezes is hosting a world on xbox, and I join on my PC, only the xbox player freezes. I do not freeze on my PC, and the world does not freeze.

I'm having a similar issue - gets to the character screen, and just freezes ... nothing i've done has made any difference, yet can't find any solution or many with the same problem

I would recommend removing the hard drive to see where the problem lies. If it resolves the problem, you would need to buy a new hard drive; if it doesn't, then you would need to have your system repaired.

Also, it is okay to remove the hard drive of the Xbox 360 as they are designed to be replaced by the user and it is not against the code of conduct.
